Three Events. Three Countries. The Surf Foil World Tour is on the Move.

The Surf Foil World Tour is on the move and heading into another busy and exciting periods of the 2026 season, with three major World Cup events scheduled across Germany, the Dominican Republic, and Italy over the next three weeks.

From Olympic venues and championship title battles to tropical downwind runs and iconic European lakes, the upcoming stretch showcases exactly what makes the Surf Foil World Tour unique: multiple disciplines, incredible destinations, and a global community connected through foiling.

Munich Opens the Summer Run

The action begins June 12-14 at the SFT E-Foil & Pump Foil World Cup Munich, part of Munich Water Days and held at the historic Olympic Rowing Centre. More than 100 riders from around the world are expected to compete as the E-Foil and Pump Foil World Championship races continue to take shape.

With valuable points on the line and several riders firmly in contention for the 2026 titles, Munich could prove to be one of the most important events of the season. As the second SFT stop in Germany this year and the first-ever World Cup in Munich, the event marks another milestone in the continued growth of foiling across Europe.

Downwind Paradise in Cabarete

Just days later, the tour shifts to the warm waters of the Dominican Republic for the SFT Downwind Parawing World Cup Cabarete, taking place June 17-21. Known worldwide for its consistent trade winds, vibrant beach culture, and deep watersports heritage, Cabarete has long been considered one of the premier wind and watersports destinations in the Caribbean. This year, the Surf Foil World Tour joins forces with Wing Fest, bringing together the growing worlds of foiling and wingfoiling for an action-packed week on the water.

The SFT World Cup event will focus on Downwind Parawing, one of the newest and fastest-growing disciplines in foiling. Combining the freedom of downwind riding with the efficiency and portability of the parawing, athletes will take advantage of Cabarete’s world-renowned conditions as they navigate open-water courses along one of the sport’s most celebrated coastlines.

Returning to the Legendary Waters of Lake Garda

The summer tour continues July 2-5 with a return to one of Europe’s most iconic watersports destinations: Lake Garda, Italy.

Held in partnership with Foiling Week for the second consecutive year, the SFT World Cup Lake Garda will feature competition across downwind foil, pump foil, e-Foil, and the rapidly growing parawing discipline.

Surrounded by dramatic mountain landscapes and famous for its reliable thermal winds, Lake Garda has become a favorite among foilers from around the world. The combination of world-class conditions, Italian culture, and a passionate international community makes it one of the highlights of the season.

The Tour Keeps Moving

Three events. Three countries. Multiple disciplines. Thousands of kilometers between venues.

For athletes, organizers, and fans, the next few weeks represent the heart of the 2026 Surf Foil World Tour season as championship races intensify and new stories begin to unfold across the globe.
